Pem Lham Wins $30k Rubin Museum Himalayan Art Prize

The Rubin Museum of Himalayan Art has named Bhutanese mixed-media artist Pem Lham the winner of the 2026 Rubin Museum Himalayan Art Prize. The honor is presented annually to a contemporary artist from the Himalayan region. It is attended by a $30,000 cash award, making it the largest prize of its kind in the world. [ ]
