Homemade Cosmic Brownies

With an ultra-fudgy brownie base, chocolate ganache, and candy-coated chocolate chips, this homemade take on the Little Debbie’s classic will be a hit with both kids and adults. finely chopped bittersweet chocolate or chocolate chips (60% cacao, about 1/3 cup) Dutch-processed cocoa powder, sifted if lumpy finely chopped bittersweet chocolate or chocolate chips (60% cacao, about 1/2 cup) rainbow candy-coated chocolate chips, such as Wilton’s Heat the oven to 325°F. Pour the cream over the chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
