Here’s a really great Oven Baked Chicken Schnitzel that’s truly crispy and golden all over, without overcooking the thin chicken inside. Spray the chicken generously with oil. Bake 13 minutes – Then bake for just 13 minutes in a hot oven – 220 C/425 F (200*C fan-forced), just long enough for the chicken to cook through and the panko to adhere to the chicken.
