Frances Bean Cobain isn't exactly a red-carpet regular, and I totally get it. If my parents were '90s music legends (hers are Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, if you're new to the planet), I'd probably lie low most of the time too. And Cobain wore a look, right down to her makeup, that suggests she's more than happy to be associated with the decade she was born in.
