Casa della Sughera: Sardinian Coastal House Renovation by gosplan

Casa della Sughera is the renovation and extension of a 1970s house on the Sardinian coast, where a new central void reorganizes two existing wings around views of Tavolara, a preserved cork oak, and a sequence of terraces descending toward the sea. The roof plan clarifies this negotiation between old and new. A central void cuts through the formerly compact plan, connecting the rear garden around the cork oak to the living spaces, pool terrace, and southern horizon.
